Returns & Cancellations

Review Period: It may take up to 2 business days for us to review your return or cancellation request.
Approval Notification: You will receive an email notification once your request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Items: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Perishable Goods: Items that are perishable, such as food or flowers, cannot be returned.
• Health and Personal Care Items: For hygiene reasons, certain health and personal care items cannot be returned if they have been opened.

Refunds
