Low Temperature and Slow Drying We dry our pasta slowly at low temperature to preserve both the original color and flavor of our durum semolina as well as retain all the nutritional value. Cold Spring Natural Water We knead our semolina with cool spring water from the National Park of Majella at a temperature of less than 59 F to ensure our pasta maintains its firmness after cooking.

INGREDIENTS 100 Durum wheat semolina, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ferrous lactate. Contains WHEAT. May contain EGGS and SOY.

This product is Kosher, non-GMO and contains no trans fat, no saturated fat, no sugar added, free from unneccesary ingredients COOKING TIPS use 3 quarts of water per 8.8 OZ of pasta. Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste.

Add pasta to boiling water. Stir from time to time. Cook for 2 minutes.

Drain and season with your favorite pasta sauce and top with grated cheese..
