• This specialty condiment is made by infusing one of the best extra virgin olive oils from the Irpinia Hills with crushed Calabrian chili pepper, which is visible in the bottle. This oil is an excellent natural condiment and ideal to add a pleasant spiciness to a variety of foods, such as pasta, pizza, soup, vegetables, meat, bruschetta, or simply for dipping bread. It has a mild and persistent spiciness but is not overpowering. The oil has a deep golden color with reddish reflections.
