Our pasta is low carb, keto, high protein, high fiber, grain free, soy free, and of course packed with plant protein. It cooks up “al dente” in 10-12 minutes. LETS GET COOKIN' Create marvelous low carb & high protein versions of your favorite dishes like mac and cheese, baked pasta, pasta salads, or a simple pasta with red sauce. Cooking instructions: It is recommended to have your sauce ready to go before cooking your pasta. Once your sauce is ready, in a large pot of boiling water, add a generous amount of salt, add your pasta and cook to your desired firmness. Some foaming is normal. At 10 minutes should be a good sweet spot to test and taste your pasta!! If you prefer a softer pasta, cook it for a few more minutes (about 12-13 minutes). Taste buds and preferences can vary by person, and cook times can be affected by several factors including temperature, your stove, and even your altitude. Once you have cooked Kaizen to your desired firmness, immediately mix in with your sauce, heat up to your desired temperature, and enjoy!
